These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Koshi Academy ("we," "us," "our") and all services offered on koshipixel.com (the "Services"). By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Koshi Academy is an educational-services brand operating out of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, registered under applicable Indian laws, GSTIN: 09ABCDE1234F1Z5 (illustrative). Our registered office is C-62, Sector 63, Noida, UP 201301. Our customer-service email is [email protected].
When you purchase a course, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access the course content for the duration advertised (lifetime for all current courses, unless otherwise stated at purchase). This license does not transfer any ownership of the content.

Violation of these restrictions results in immediate account termination without refund and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under the Indian Copyright Act 1957.
Our full Refund Policy is published on a separate page: see Refund Policy. In summary, digital courses carry a 7-day no-questions-asked refund guarantee, calculated from the time of purchase. Hardware kits (if any) and 1-on-1 session fees have their own terms detailed in the Refund Policy.
Pro and Studio plans include a physical hardware kit shipped to Indian addresses within 7–14 working days of enrollment. International shipping is available with additional fees and transit times. Risk of loss passes to you on handover to the courier. Kits are tested before dispatch; faulty units are replaced free of charge within 15 days of delivery.

All content on the Services — videos, text, graphics, logos, software, templates, course outlines — is owned by Koshi Academy or our licensors and protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. The "Koshi," "Koshi Academy," "Koshi Pixel" and logo marks are our registered trademarks.
Projects, forum posts, testimonials and other content you submit remain your property. By submitting, you grant Koshi Academy a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display and republish them in connection with the Services, including in marketing materials, with your attribution. You can request removal at any time.
Courses discuss third-party software (MADRIX, LedEdit, Novastar, Resolume, FastLED, Arduino IDE) and their trademarks belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with those vendors and provide no warranties for their products. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
We aim for 99.5% uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Despite reasonable effort, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure (AWS, Cloudflare), force majeure, or user-side connectivity issues.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific learning outcome, job placement, or financial return. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koshi Academy's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course that gave rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Koshi Academy from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your infringement of any third-party right.
You may close your account anytime by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, fraud, or where required by law. Termination does not automatically trigger a refund — refer to the Refund Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India. For consumers in the EU/UK, mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence continue to apply.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
